Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of MyTVWay. We may offer a partial refund, service credit or alternative resolution depending on the circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: violation of our terms of service, use of VPN or proxy services that caused connectivity issues, failure to contact support before requesting a refund, or if the subscription has been fully consumed. Reseller credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used to create customer subscriptions.
